NATIONAL SOCIALISM IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL

   The OAC SQUAD and Bernie Sanders are pushing national socialism. National socialism
is unconstitutional because it violates the 10th Amendment.

Article [X] (Amendment 10 - Reserved Powers)

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people                                                      Socialism is essentially the centralization of power.All governmental activities are directed from the top down. The American revolution was

fought against this wrongful principle and the US Constitution was

instituted to prevent this centralization of power. In Europe the king had

all the power and in America ,under the constitution,the power of 

government was dispersed(the 10th amendment,separation of powers,

states rights,etc.) The founding fathers were cognizant of the dictum:

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

   Socialism violates the principle of subsidiarity that says that 

government is best that is closest to the governed people.Our system

of state governments is a good example of this.

National socialism,whether it's Bernie Sander's democratic socialism,

or Hitler's national socialism,or Lenin/Stalin's scientific Bolshevik

socialism,China's socialism,Cuba's socialism,Venezuela's socialism, Korea's socialism,Vietnam's socialism ,have notorious flaws and heinous results. The leader's assume dictatorial

powers,and live like kings,and the people get the dirty end of the stick.
   Our Constitutional Republic puts the sovereign power in the hands of the people. Lincoln said it best in his prayerful plea :

  that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom -- and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.
