IMPEACHMENT or INPEACHMENT???
( The impeachment process seems to be that the House is like a grand jury-if it finds evidence of
wrongdoing then it refers it to the Senate for a trial.
(Is the House the grand jury or is it the actual trial with witnesses and documents.??
Is the Senate the final summation of the testimony and documents and then renders a verdict??
Or does the Senate make these rules for itself at each impeachment??
Does the Senate's verdict of guilty also mean the automatic removal from office??
