Roman Catholics believe that Jesus Christ is present in the Eucharist.For non Catholics this may be a
hard thing to swallow.
WE are essentially spiritual beings-the spiritual soul. The spiritual soul (mind,free will,conscience,etc.)
resides or inhabits in the material physical body.So,also,Jesus Christ a spiritual being,that took on the form of a human being,could also inhabit or dwell in the material physical host(unleavened bread).
It's hard for us humans,who are immersed in this material physical world,into which we were born
without our consent,to understand how the spiritual world works.
Nobody has come back from the dead and explained it to us.
