No, I have not looked at the statistics.
"The black genocide" is a famous right-wing anti-choice talking point. Not sure what "all things being equal" means; are we talking about the African-American babies aborted as a percentage of the total number of babies aborted in the US since 1973? How in the world would anyone know?
Here's another way of looking at the 'black genocide' (if, in fact, there was one, which I am not willing to concede):

2011 Black Population: 43.2 million, 13.1% of US population of 331.5 million.

Approximately 13 million African American babies have been aborted since 1973. If that had not happened, the black population might possibly be at least 56.3 million (plus any additional children that would have been born to those people in their lifetimes.) That would put the African American demographic at at least 16.3% of the US population (56.3 million out of 344.5 million).

Of course abortion being illegal would have affected the population distribution among all racial groups so it is quite difficult to predict what the future population distribution would have been if abortion were illegal. But unfortunately black people get a tragically high proportion of the number of abortions compared to the general population. Blacks make up about 13% of the population, but they get 1/3 of abortions.

Even poverty cannot account for the disproportionate number of abortions among the African American population.
