The following article is concerned that no one will buy US TREASURY notes or bills.
If so,then,we the American people can buy them using our wealth as collateral.
That way we cut out the middle man and get a better deal . Or better still have the US Treasury
issue debt free grants to finance these programs.(These debt free money grants should be used
to finance education tuition grants to parents,and also to finance a program that gives every
US citizen a Personal Health Savings Account to finance their health care costs.)
